The mediating role of career aspirations in the relationship between social self-efficacy and work conscientiousness of elementary school teachers in Mamasani County

Abstract
Introduction and goal: The aim of this study was to The mediating role of career aspirations in the relationship between social self-efficacy and work conscientiousness of elementary school teachers in Mamasani County.
Research methodology: The statistical population in the present study was all elementary school teachers in Momsani County, 485 people, and based on the Morgan table, the statistical sample size was 215 people, and the stratified random sampling method was used. To collect research information, three standard questionnaires were used: O'Brien's (2016) career aspirations, Costa and Mack's (1992) work conscientiousness, and Smith and Betts' (2000) social self-efficacy. This research was applied in terms of purpose; descriptive in terms of nature and method, correlational; and cross-sectional in terms of time. Pearson correlation tests and path analysis, as well as SPSS and AMOOS software, were used to examine the research hypotheses.
Findings: The results of the Pearson correlation test showed that there is a significant relationship between career aspirations, social self-efficacy, and work conscientiousness.
Conclusion:. The results of the path analysis test showed that career aspirations play a mediating role in the relationship between social self-efficacy and work conscience of elementary school teachers in Mamasani County.
