Analysis of Factors Affecting Organizational Climate in Schools: Presenting a Conceptual Framework Based on Human Resource and Compensatory Factors

Introduction and goal: This article focuses on human resource and compensatory factors, analyzing their decisive role in shaping the organizational climate and presenting a framework for its effective management.Research methodology: This study utilized a descriptive research method with a library-based approach. In this method, the researcher conducts an in-depth examination and content analysis of existing and credible sources (articles, books, theses, etc.) without directly visiting the field or collecting primary data.Findings: The findings of this research indicate that human resource factors (such as job design, training, and performance evaluation) and compensatory factors (such as financial and non-financial reward systems) play a fundamental role in shaping the organizational climate. These two sets of factors operate in a dynamic and reinforcing interaction, meaning the effectiveness of each one is contingent upon the satisfactory performance of the other. Furthermore, transparency, flexibility, and employee participation serve as essential qualitative dimensions that facilitate a fair understanding and acceptance of these factors. Ultimately, creating a positive organizational climate requires an integrated perspective and the coordinated implementation of human resource and compensatory policies.Conclusion:. The results of this study show that the formation of a positive organizational climate is the outcome of the harmonious and reinforcing interaction of human resource factors (such as career development and training) and compensatory factors (such as a fair reward system). Therefore, achieving a motivated and productive environment necessitates adopting a unified and aligned approach in designing and implementing these policies.

A New Perspective on Psychological Capital in Schools

Introduction and goal: In the contemporary era, a paradigm shift from managing physical assets to investing in intangible psychological capacities has established the concept of psychological capital as a source of sustainable competitive advantage in organizations and educational institutions. The overall aim of this research is to take a new look at psychological capital in schools.Research methodology: This study employed a descriptive research method with a library-based approach.Findings: The research findings indicate that psychological capital—comprising self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience—is a composite and developable construct that serves as a source of sustainable competitive advantage in organizations. In educational environments, this capital transcends the individual level and becomes a "transformative collective capital" that elevates the school climate. This enhancement is achieved particularly through strengthening "intelligent proactivity" in students; relying on this capital, they move beyond passivity and take active and constructive action to improve educational and social conditions. Consequently, the school transforms into a workshop for nurturing responsible, resilient, and proactive citizens who know how to create and strive for a better future.Conclusion:. Psychological capital fosters a generation of resilient, hopeful, and proactive individuals by creating an enabling ecosystem within the school. This transformation turns the school from an educational institution into a workshop for active citizenship and lays the foundation for a participatory and responsible future.

Identifying Professional Development Models for Managers and Teachers Based on Theoretical Foundations

Introduction and goal: Schools, as one of the key institutions in shaping the future of society, play a vital role in cultivating aware, creative, and committed human resources. In this context, the professional development of managers and teachers emerges as a fundamental strategy for enhancing the quality of education, increasing learning effectiveness, and achieving the overarching goals of the educational system. Rapid technological, social, and cultural changes have further intensified the need to revise the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of managers and teachers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify professional development models for managers and teachers based on theoretical foundations and modern learning approaches.Research methodology: This study employed a descriptive–analytical method based on library research. Data were collected through note-taking, theoretical content analysis, and a systematic review of previous studies.Findings: The evolution of professional development models has moved from a one-dimensional focus on knowledge, attitude, or process towards integrated and multi-dimensional patterns that simultaneously encompass individual, organizational, cultural, and ethical dimensions. Learning approaches have evolved from pedagogy (instructor-centered) and andragogy (self-directed) towards heutagogy (learning how to learn), which addresses the need for adaptability in complex and unpredictable conditions. Native models strongly emphasize contextualization, practicality, and attention to structural obstacles and implementation challenges, which are necessary conditions for the effectiveness of programs. An emerging key finding is the necessity of transitioning from individual development to the development of the school learning ecosystem, where strengthening collective capacity, professional networks, and a collaborative culture provides the foundation for realizing all advanced individual models.Conclusion:. Effective professional development must transcend mechanical models and focus on creating sustainable learning ecosystems. In this paradigm, teachers' self-directed learning is nurtured within a rich context of interaction, organizational support, and professional ethics to achieve continuous improvement and educational quality.

Abstract
Introduction and goal: Interpersonal relationships are a key component of students' social and emotional development, playing a significant role in their academic and social adjustment. Strengthening these relationships through communication skills training in schools facilitates effective interaction, reduces conflict, and enhances a sense of belonging among students. The present study aimed to improve the interpersonal relationships of fourth-grade female elementary school students during the 2024–2025 academic year.Research methodology: The study was conducted using a mixed-methods approach with an action research strategy, though it was primarily qualitative in nature. Research tools included interviews with teachers, parents, students, and a school counselor; direct observation of interpersonal relationships; review of scientific literature; and the Munjemizadeh Interpersonal Relationships Questionnaire (2012), which was completed by students with parental assistance. After analyzing the data, 14 students with weaknesses in interpersonal skills received group training in communication and interpersonal relationship skills over seven 45-minute sessions.Findings: The findings indicated that training in interpersonal skills led to improved social interactions, increased empathy and responsibility, reduced conflicts among students, and enhanced participation in group activities. Qualitative analysis of interviews and observations also confirmed this improvement. Conclusion: the results of this research can enhance students' social interactions and reduce communication challenges for parents, teachers, and educators. Providing positive behavioral models and practical opportunities for practicing interpersonal skills by trainers can also lead to social growth, increased empathy, and the strengthening of a constructive dialogue culture in schools.

The Causes of Annulment of Awards Issued by the Shiraz Real Estate Union Arbitration Center in Civil Courts

Introduction and Objective: The institution of arbitration, as one of the most significant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, plays a fundamental role in reducing the volume of judicial lawsuits and accelerating the adjudication process. Nonetheless, within the Iranian legal system, the annulment of arbitration awards due to formal and substantive defects remains a critical challenge. This study aims to analyze the causes and legal grounds for the annulment of arbitration awards issued by the Shiraz Real Estate Union Arbitration Center in civil courts.Methodology: The present study utilizes a descriptive-analytical method, examining substantive and procedural civil laws, commercial arbitration regulations, judicial precedents and judgments of civil courts, alongside analyzing relevant documentation from the Real Estate Union’s arbitration processes.Findings: The research findings indicate that the primary grounds for the annulment of arbitration awards in this domain stem from the arbitrators' lack of familiarity with mandatory statutory provisions, disregard for the principles of fair trial, violation of arbitration formalities (including issuing awards outside the prescribed time limit), exceeding the scope of agreed-upon authority, and weak intra-organizational supervision. Under Article 489 of the Iranian Civil Procedure Code, the legislature has explicitly enumerated the grounds for the nullity of awards to safeguard the defensive rights of the litigants. Conclusion: The independence of the arbitration institution depends heavily on maintaining a precise balance between the autonomy of the parties' will and the judicial supervision of the courts. To minimize the rate of award annulment, it is essential to establish a specialized training system for real estate union arbitrators, formulate standardized procedural and legal guidelines, and reform the structuring of arbitration agreements.
