Abstract
Introduction and Objective: In today's world, new technologies, especially those based on artificial intelligence, have profound and extensive effects on educational processes and interactions between students and professors in universities. This article examines these impacts and analyzes how communication and learning methods in academic environments have changed due to the introduction of new technologies.
Research Methodology: This research is a library, analytical, and descriptive research.
Findings:The transformation of teaching-learning processes through new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, has led to personalized education, the creation of interactive environments, and increased access to resources. However, challenges such as the digital divide, resistance to change, and security issues have complicated implementation. University experiences show that success depends on investing in infrastructure, teaching digital skills, and fostering a supportive organizational culture.
Conclusion: New technologies and artificial intelligence have provided unprecedented opportunities for personalization and interaction in education. Nevertheless, fully leveraging this potential requires overcoming digital challenges and making smart investments in infrastructure and human empowerment.
