The Relationship Between Organizational Intelligence and Human Resource Improvement and the Mediating Role of Organizational Growth Among Elementary School Teachers in Kohchenar City

Abstract
Introduction and Objective: The main objective of this study was the relationship between organizational intelligence and human resource improvement and the mediating role of organizational growth among elementary school teachers in Kohchenar city.
Research Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of elementary school teachers in Kohchenar city in the academic year 1403-1404 was 418 people. To determine the sample size, the Krejci and Morgan table was used and 220 people were selected as the sample size. The sampling method in this study was cluster random. To collect information, the organizational intelligence questionnaire of Karl Alburkht (2003), the organizational growth questionnaire of Spades (2007) and the human resource improvement questionnaire of Welba and Jansen (2010) were used. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data using SPSS27 and PLS3 software.
Findings:
The findings of this study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and human resource improvement with a mediating role in organizational growth among elementary teachers in Kohchenar County (P<0.05). On the other hand, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and human resource improvement among elementary teachers in Kohchenar County (P<0.05). Other results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational growth among elementary teachers in Kohchenar County (P<0.05). Finally, the results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational growth and human resource improvement among elementary teachers in Kohchenar County (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Organizational intelligence plays a decisive role in the human resource improvement of elementary teachers in Kohchenar County and this relationship is strengthened through organizational growth.
