Investigating the Effect of Managerial Ethics on Organizational Health with the Mediating Role of Organizational Voice among Elementary School Teachers in Kazerun city

Abstract
Introduction and Objective: Education as a part of the social system of society plays a key role in reforming and rebuilding society from generation to generation. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of managerial ethics on organizational health with the mediating role of organizational voice among elementary school teachers in Kazerun city.
Research Methodology: The research method was a descriptive correlational type. The statistical population of this study included all elementary teachers in Kazerun city, which according to education statistics was 410 people, of which 198 people were selected using the Morgan table using a simple random sampling method. The tools of this study were three organizational health questionnaires by Hoy and Feldman (1996), managerial ethics by Nejad Hassani (2009), and organizational voice (2012), whose face validity was approved by the supervisor, and reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the managerial ethics questionnaire: 0.86, organizational health: 0.79, and organizational voice: 0.78.
Findings: The findings show that managerial ethics has an effect on organizational health through the mediating role of organizational voice among elementary school teachers in Kazerun city.
Conclusion:Managerial ethics through the mediating role of organizational voice has a positive effect on organizational health of elementary school teachers in Kazerun; meaning that the ethical behavior of managers, by strengthening the free and responsible expression of teachers' opinions, lays the groundwork for promoting organizational health in schools.
