Abstract
Introduction and goal: The aim of the present study is to investigate the antecedents and consequences of the perception of organizational support in the educational institution with an emphasis on teachers' attitudes and perceptions towards the concept of organizational support. This study seeks to explain the factors affecting the formation of the perception of organizational support and its effects on teachers' attitudes, subjective well-being and job behaviors.
Research methodology: The method of this study is descriptive-analytical, which was carried out using the study of theoretical foundations, a review of research history and content analysis of reliable sources. In this regard, the conceptual framework of the study was developed through structural analysis and the integration of theories and empirical findings.
Conclusion:. Perception of organizational support plays a key role in promoting commitment, job satisfaction, psychological well-being, and improving teacher performance. Creating an environment that includes respect, appreciation, material and spiritual support, and relationships based on trust can increase the level of perceived organizational support and ultimately lead to organizational success.
