Abstract
Introduction and goal: Strategic human resource management is a process in which the current and future needs of human resources are determined for an organization to achieve its goals. The objective of this article was the components of strategic human resource management.
Research methodology: The research method was descriptive-analytical. The researcher, while describing the current situation, examined the problem by using theoretical discussions and searching sources.
Findings: The results of the study showed that strategic human resource management consists of three main components including personnel, structural and cultural techniques. Personnel techniques focus on recruitment, selection, training, performance management and reward systems and play an important role in increasing profitability and market share. Structural techniques facilitate effective communication and decision-making with appropriate organizational design. Finally, cultural techniques shape employee behavior and commitment by creating an organizational culture in harmony with business strategies.
Conclusion: Strategic human resource management, by employing personnel, structural and cultural techniques, plays a key role in supporting business strategies and creating competitive advantage. Coordination of these three components improves organizational performance and enhances employee commitment.
