Introduction and goal: conflict emerged as a result of the competitive environment and in various forms, intra-individual, intra-group, inter-group and intra-organizational, and the goal of this research is to explain what,why and how the transformation of threats caused by conflict into opportunities, has been the excellence of the individual and the organization.
Research methodology: current research is a library method with a descriptive-analytical approach; In this qualitative research, themes were discovered by studying authentic domestic and foreign books and sources, and by using research sites and articles, notes were extracted in the form of slips and written with thematic classification of the slips.
Findings: The increasing complexity of organizations and the difference in people's thoughts, attitudes and beliefs, conflict as a componentThe inevitability of organizational life is discussed today. The inevitability of conflict does not mean that it is negative; Rather, it should be noted that good conflict management can bring good results to the organization.
Conclusion: conflict is not necessarily negative; Rather, a moderate amount of it is necessary for the evolution of the organization and the individual, and by managing and dealing with the phenomenon of conflict in a principled way, the threat of conflict can be turned into an opportunity for the flourishing of talents and actualizing the creations to raise the performance level of the converter.
