Investigating the Relationship of Transformational Leadership on Innovative Performance and the Mediation of Organizational Structure in Kazerun First Secondary teachers

Abstract
Introduction and goal: One of the strategic and vital factors that can encourage the innovative performance of employees is the concept o leadership. Therefore, the main purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship of transformational leadership on innovative performance and the mediation of organizational structure in the first secondary level teachers of Kazerun city.
Research methodology: According to the nature of the research, the research method is descriptive-correlation from the field branch. The statistical population of this research includes all the teachers of the first secondary level of Kazeroon city, numbering 250 people, using Cochran's formula, 151 people were selected as the sample size by simple random sampling method. Bess and Olive (1985) Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, Shepherd's Innovative Performance Questionnaire (2013) and Robbins' Organizational Structure Questionnaire (1989) were used to collect information. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by respected professors and their reliability was also confirmed by the initial implementation in a sample of 25 people. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaires for the transformational leadership variable is estimated at 0.849, innovative performance at 0.801, and organizational structure at 0.799.
Findings: There is a significant relationship between transformational leadership on innovative performance and mediation of organizational structure in the first secondary level teachers of Kazerun city.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, it can be said that transformational leadership increases the potential, determination and culture of innovation in your organization. Also, a suitable organizational structure is a prerequisite for success and innovation and change in the organization
