The Mediating Role of Organizational Passion in the Relationship Between Organizational Pride and Job Dignity of Elementary School Teachers in Kazerun

Abstract
The purpose of this research was the mediating role of organizational passion in the relationship between organizational pride and occupational dignity of elementary school teachers in Kazaron. According to the nature of the research, the research method is a descriptive survey of the field branch. The statistical population of this research includes all the elementary school teachers of Kazeroon city, numbering 213 people, and using Cochran's formula, 137 people were selected as the sample size by stratified random sampling method. To collect information, Lewis's organizational pride questionnaire (1998), Hockman and Oldham's occupational dignity questionnaire (1979) and Shafli et al.'s occupational enthusiasm questionnaire (2002) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by respected professors and their reliability was also confirmed by the initial implementation in a sample of 30 people. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaires for the variable of organizational pride is 0.898, job dignity is 0.856, and job passion is 0.781. Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to test the research hypotheses. The findings of the research indicate that organizational pride and occupational dignity are related to the mediating role of organizational passion in elementary school teachers in Kazeroon.
