How to Reduce the Aggression of Second Grade Students With Hyperactivity by Using Child-Specific Mindfulness Training

Abstract
Introduction and goal: Hyperactivity is considered as one of the behavioral disorders that can affect the performance levels of students and cause harmful behaviors such as aggression, and in this regard, special intervention programs for children can be useful to reduce behavioral problems. to occur Therefore, the purpose of conducting this research was to investigate the reduction of the level of aggression of second grade students with a child-specific mindfulness training program.
Research methodology: This research was of the type of action research and single subject study and available sampling. The population and statistical sample in this research is one of the second grade students "P. N" was in Adab girls primary school located in Sarpol Zahab city in the academic year 2022-2023. The data collection tool was the aggression questionnaire of Nelson and Finch (2000) and the idea and solution proposed by the action researcher the mindfulness training program for children was.
Findings: The results showed that the studied student, who was trained in the mindfulness training program for children, his aggressiveness decreased after receiving the solution, which indicates that the intended research action on him It has been efficient and the researcher's action has reached its goal.
Conclusion: According to the results, it can be said that mindfulness exercises are useful in reducing behavioral problems and it is necessary for planners and psychologists to widely use such intervention programs.
