Abstract
Introduction and purpose: The purpose of this research was to explain the relationship between organizational learning and creativity of High school teachers in Farashband city in Iran.
Research methodology: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of nature and method. The statistical population included 178 High school teachers in Farashband city in 1402, who participated in the research in full. Finally, 168 analyzable questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The data collection tool was Sange's standard questionnaire (1992) and Torrance's standard questionnaire (1980), whose validity and reliability were confirmed by previous researches.
Findings: The findings of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational learning and teachers' creativity. Also, based on the regression results, individual skills, team learning and shared vision predict teachers' creativity.
Discussion and conclusion: Based on individual skills, team learning and common vision, teachers' creativity can be predicted. Managers can optimize teachers' creativity with the necessary facilities for organizational learning.
