Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this research was to analyze The lived experience of female principals in preventing Social Injuries among girls in Shiraz junior high school to design a suitable model.
lresearch methodology: The method of the current research was a qualitative descriptive phenomenology type using thematic analysis. The participants were administrators who had at least 10 years of experience in managing schools that had at least 3 to 5 cases of abnormality among students. The sampling method was purposeful and criteria-based, and based on the rule of theoretical saturation, the number of participants was 21. The measurement tool was a semi-structured interview. In order to ensure the validity of the findings, by allocating the necessary time, combining the methods and reviewing the interview forms conducted by the interviewees were used. Also, in order to confirm the findings, any bias was avoided in the interview stages, and to increase the confidence of guidance and The supervision of professors was used.
Findings: Based on the findings, the theme network of female principals' perception of social injuries in girls' schools in schools in the four districts of Shiraz includes eleven dimensions of ministerial measures, school improvement, value orientation, media literacy, family structure, intimacy in the family. , economic conditions of the family, education, psychological cohesion, religious beliefs and peer pressure, each of which includes various components.
Conclusion : The findings of this study can be effective in reducing the social harm faced by female principals in secondary schools and other levels. And skill-based training and strengthening and deepening of self-knowledge and self-confidence in female students can be seen in the decreasing process of social damage in schools and society.
