The Perception of Female Faculty Members about Attending the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Training Institute in Bushehr center

Abstract
 
Introduction: The main purpose of this research was to investigate the perception of female faculty members about attending a shipping educational institution as a single-gender educational environment.
research methodology: The current research was conducted using a qualitative method with the research strategy and using thematic analysis. The participants in the research are all female faculty members of Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Training Institute in Bushehr center, including 12 pesson. In this regard, an in-depth semi-structured interview was conducted in connection with their perception of being in this collection.
Findings: Based on the findings, perceptions of female faculty members attending the shipping training  institution includes five branches which are psychological dimensions, System and organization, cultural, financial and economic burden, and the influence of women's community leaders  which each branch had various components.
Conclusion: The findings of this study can be effective in reducing the challenges faced by female faculty members in shipping institute and other single-gender centers. Providing a suitable platform and culturalization along with self-confidence and high motivation of women can provide a suitable environment for their acceptance and activity.
