A framework for Measuring the Professional Competencies of Managers based on Iranian teachings

Abstract
The aim of the current research was to create a framework for measuring the professional competencies of managers based on Iranian teachings.
The research method is a combination of exploratory type. The statistical population is the qualitative section of experts in the field of educational management, which was selected by purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation technique of 27 people. The statistical population of the small part is all principals and experts as well as teachers with more than 20 years of work experience in Bushehr; Which were equivalent to the available statistics (213 people), 136 people were selected and analyzed based on Morgan sampling table and cluster random sampling method. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part a researcher-made questionnaire. Participant feedback method and researcher validation technique were used to validate the qualitative interviews. Also, the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha and confirmatory factor analysis.
Analysis of the findings of the qualitative section showed that finally 109 basic themes, 16 comprehensive themes and 5 organizing themes were extracted. The findings of the quantitative part of the research also showed that the mean obtained for the questionnaire items is at a significant level (P≤0.05). Also, based on the obtained fit indices, the pattern of relationships between components and their related factors It is suitable and the obtained pattern has a suitable fit (P≤0.05). At the end, the results were reviewed and interpreted.
