Research methodology: This research was applied in terms of its purpose, and also descriptive in terms of its nature and method, of the correlation type, and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population in this study was all elementary school students in Noorabad Momsani (8000 people), and according to the Morgan table, the statistical sample size was 367 people. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data from the study sample. The face validity was approved by a group of professors and supervisors, and their reliability was also confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient higher than 0.70. In order to test the research hypotheses, regression analysis were used. Findings: Findings: The results showed that teachers' professional competencies and perception of the learning environment both have a significant effect on students' academic achievement. The overall coefficient of determination was 30%, indicating a significant prediction of academic achievement by these two variables. Also, perception of the learning environment (β=0.504) and teachers' professional competencies (β=0.456) have the highest predictive power. Conclusion:. Teachers with professional knowledge, skills, and behavior can optimize the teaching process, while students' positive perceptions of a supportive learning environment lead to a reduction in behavioral problems and an increase in their academic success. مقدمه و هدف: هدف از انجام این مطالعه، پیش بینی پیشرفت تحصیلی درس علوم دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی نورآباد ممسنی بر اساس شایستگی های حرفه ای معلمان و ادراک از محیط یادگیری بود. روش شناسی پژوهش: این تحقیق بر حسب هدف، کاربردی و همچنین از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از لحاظ زمانی، مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه، کلیه دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی نورآباد ممسنی (8000 نفر) بوده و با توجه به جدول مورگان، حجم نمونه آماری 367 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از نمونه مورد مطالعه از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شده است. روایی صوری توسط جمعی از اساتید و استاد راهنما مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آنها نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 70/0 تایید گردید. به منظور آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شده است. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان و ادراک از محیط یادگیری هر دو تأثیر معناداری بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دارند. ضریب تعیین کلی برابر با 30 درصد بوده که نشان‌دهنده پیش‌بینی قابل توجه پیشرفت تحصیلی توسط این دو متغیر است. همچنین، ادراک از محیط یادگیری ( β=0.504) و شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان (β=0.456) بیشترین قدرت پیش‌بینی را دارند. نتیجه گیری: معلمان با دانش، مهارت و رفتار حرفه‌ای می‌توانند فرآیند تدریس را بهینه کنند، در حالی که ادراک مثبت دانش‌آموزان از محیط یادگیری حمایتی، منجر به کاهش مشکلات رفتاری و افزایش موفقیت تحصیلی آن‌ها می‌شود.
