(نویسنده مسئول). ایمیل: Alirezaghasemizad@iau.ac.ir Journal Article 2025 09 20 Introduction and goal: One of the fundamental challenges of the education system is ensuring sustainable financial resources for the effective management of schools. This study aimed to identify the components of school financial resource provision by exploring principals’ lived experiences in this domain.<br />Research methodology: This research was conducted using a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 school principals, and interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis based on Colaizzi’s method. To ensure the rigor and trustworthiness of the findings, Lincoln and Guba’s (1985) criteria were applied, focusing on the indices of credibility and transferability.<br />Findings: The findings indicated that school principals, when faced with budgetary constraints, employed innovative strategies to secure financial resources. Resource provision strategies were categorized into five dimensions—managerial, social, economic, institutional, and educational—each comprising three components. Key components identified by participants included public participation, attracting charitable support, leveraging school capacities, engaging with local institutions, and cooperating with governmental organizations.<br />Conclusion:. According to the principals, constructive engagement with families and social institutions plays a crucial role in resource mobilization and improving educational quality. Furthermore, the findings highlight that success in securing school finances largely depends on principals’ communication skills, negotiation capacity, and managerial creativity. مقدمه و هدف: یکی از چالش‌های اساسی نظام آموزش و پرورش، تأمین منابع مالی پایدار برای اداره مؤثر مدارس است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه‌های تأمین منابع مالی مدارس از منظر مدیران، به واکاوی تجربه زیسته ایشان در این حوزه پرداخته است .<br />روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. داده ها با مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 20نفر از مدیران مدارس گردآوری که پس از رسیدن به اشباع نظری ، با روش تحلیل مضمون به روش کلایزی، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت . جهت بررسی روایی و پایایی پژوهش و جهت اطمینان از صحت و استحکام پژوهش از معیارهای لینکولن و گوبا (1985) استفاده شد. در این پژوهش از دو شاخص باورپذیری و انتقال پذیری استفاده شد.<br />یافته ها: <br />یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مدیران مدارس، در مواجهه با محدودیت‌های بودجه‌ای، راهکارهایی مبتکرانه برای تأمین منابع مالی اتخاذ کرده‌اند. می توان راههای تامین منابع رادر 5 بعد تقسیم بندی کرد: بعد مدیریتی، بعد اجتماعی ،بعد اقتصادی ، بعد نهادی و بعد آموزشی که هر کدام از این ابعاد شامل 3 مولفه می باشد .از مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌ هایی که در پاسخ‌های شرکت‌کنندگان شناسایی شد، می‌توان به مشارکت‌های مردمی، جلب حمایت خیرین، بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های مدارس، تعامل با نهادهای محلی و همکاری با سازمانهای دولتی اشاره کرد.<br />نتیجه گیری: <br />به باور مدیران، تعامل سازنده با خانواده‌ها و نهادهای اجتماعی، نقش کلیدی در جذب منابع و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش دارد. همچنین، تجربه مدیران نشان می‌دهد که موفقیت در تأمین مالی مدارس تا حد زیادی به مهارت‌های ارتباطی، توان چانه‌زنی، و خلاقیت مدیریتی بستگی دارد. http://www.jopre.ir/article_229806_0c45cb6f29fc51ccb25f77ae8859d90e.pdf
