This article examines the impact of smart robots on facilitating the educational management process and increasing the efficiency of educational systems in universities. The main objective of this research is to analyze the role of smart robots as efficient tools in improving the quality of learning and facilitating management activities in educational environments.<br>Research Methodology: This research is a library, analytical, and descriptive research. <br>Findings:The findings of this research showed that smart robots have become effective tools in education with the advancement of technology and play an important role in improving teaching-learning, educational communication, and academic counseling. Their use has increased motivation, quality of education and student engagement, but their implementation faces challenges such as ethical issues, technological limitations and cultural resistance. Successful global studies show the effectiveness of these robots in increasing student performance and satisfaction. For effective utilization, there is a need for appropriate infrastructure, human resource training and organizational change management. <br>Conclusion: Smart robots play an effective role in teaching-learning and academic counseling processes by improving the quality of education and student engagement, but they face challenges such as ethical issues, technical limitations and cultural resistance. Successful utilization requires appropriate infrastructure, human resource training and organizational change management. مقدمه و هدف: در دنیای امروز، فناوری‌های هوش مصنوعی و رباتیک به عنوان محرک‌های اصلی تحول در بسیاری از حوزه‌ها، به‌ویژه در آموزش عالی، شناخته می‌شوند. این مقاله به بررسی تأثیر ربات‌های هوشمند بر تسهیل فرآیند مدیریت آموزشی و افزایش کارایی سیستم‌های آموزشی در دانشگاه‌ها می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، تحلیل نقش ربات‌های هوشمند به عنوان ابزارهایی کارا در بهبود کیفیت یادگیری و تسهیل فعالیت‌های مدیریتی در محیط‌های آموزشی است. <br>روش شناسی پژوهش: : این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کتابخانهای و تحلیلی و توصیفی است.<br>یافته ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که ربات‌های هوشمند با پیشرفت فناوری به ابزارهای مؤثر در آموزش تبدیل شده و نقش مهمی در بهبود یاددهی-یادگیری، ارتباطات آموزشی و مشاوره تحصیلی دارند. استفاده از آن‌ها باعث افزایش انگیزه، کیفیت آموزش و تعامل دانشجویان شده است، اما پیاده‌سازی آن‌ها با چالش‌هایی مانند مسائل اخلاقی، محدودیت‌های تکنولوژیک و مقاومت فرهنگی مواجه است. مطالعات موفق جهانی نشان‌دهنده کارآمدی این ربات‌ها در افزایش عملکرد و رضایت دانشجویان است. برای بهره‌برداری مؤثر، نیاز به زیرساخت‌های مناسب، آموزش نیروی انسانی و مدیریت تغییرات سازمانی احساس می‌شود.<br>نتیجه گیری: ربات‌های هوشمند با ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش و تعامل دانشجویان، نقش مؤثری در فرآیندهای یاددهی-یادگیری و مشاوره تحصیلی دارند، اما با چالش‌هایی چون مسائل اخلاقی، محدودیت‌های فنی و مقاومت فرهنگی روبرو هستند. بهره‌برداری موفق نیازمند زیرساخت مناسب، آموزش نیروی انسانی و مدیریت تغییرات سازمانی است. http://www.jopre.ir/article_239639_e82813ef7c34136d0a5977328cea971b.pdf
